• Team experience in European projects, school partnerships, eTwinning, learning-material development and the practical organisation of transnational cooperation and mobility.
• A local network of public authorities, education providers, civil-society organisations, professional bodies and community stakeholders, supporting access to expertise, learning settings, case studies and dissemination channels.
• Any specific cooperation is confirmed in advance with the organisation concerned.

Deliverables: Partner profile and supporting documentation for consortium applications, and local-network contributions agreed in advance for each partnership.
